About me

I've worked in agency and in-house recruitment. I've built shortlists under pressure and sat in the room where the decisions get made, where signal clarity determined who progressed and who didn't.

I also know what it feels like to be on the wrong side of it. I was made redundant from my role in recruitment. Then I closed my own startup and made myself redundant. The 3am thoughts about money, timelines, and what comes next are not abstract to me.
